I guess I only have myself to blame.

Did you know that going really-really fast down a hill and then falling over is really-really painful? I know this now! I learned it first-hand, unfortunately, that one is not supposed to run over large objects with a skateboard while being mildly distracted. And so what am I going to do about this in the future? I’m going to avoid running over large objects while being mildly distracted, that’s what I’m going to do!

I’m never falling over again. This I promise you!

I want to be ten again!

Yesterday I had one of those typical family-days, when I went with my sister and her two sons to their graduation ceremony (They’ve now graduated from second grade) and they happen to be attending the same school I went to when I was their age.

The school itself has hardly changed these last thirteen years, I can tell you that much, my friends, and the faculty was as helpful and inviting as ever. It was a bit nostalgic to say the very least, walking around on the playground, my camera in hand and trying to catch a bit of the simplicity of childhood in at least one of the pictures. (I don’t really know if I manage to do that, though >.>)
When the different classes went up to sing, I felt like my heart was being torn out, it was the most adorable thing I’d seen since the year before! (Let’s face it, little kids singing and trying to throw in a bit of cute choreography is more than any girl in her twenties can handle without getting a huge smile on her face.)

More on this will be up as soon as I’ve finished sorting the pictures! Look forward to it!

And to the parents of these beautiful children, I will soon have EVERYTHING up for you to download to your own computers!

Haven’t posted here for a good while, I realised today >.>

Anyway! Good news first! I’ve gotten a new computer. It’s a netbook, actually, from a completely unknown brand, so the fact that it has a few glitches doesn’t surprise me all that much, though they’re still mildly irritating. But for a ten-inch screen and a cute little keyboard, I guess I can put up with it for a while longer, at least.

Oh yeah! More good news! School is out, completely and totally out for all eternity! (Or until I want to go back and get my smarts on.)
It’s a bit of a relief, while at the same time, it’s really scary, considering what I’m going to have to do now; Get a job. Are there even jobs anymore?
Can we be sure that jobs haven’t become something rare and beautiful in this time of economical crises? I guess I can’t give up hope completely, but every “no” I get still gets me down just a little bit more.

If not else, I know that making a living off my blog is out of the question, considering how utterly crap I am at updating it. Still, I won’t be doing anything about the erratic rhythm of my updates until I get a written request for it, dammit!

That’s all from me this time.
Have a good one y’all. <3
